Okay, I'm regretting posting the pictures from Eleanor's surgery. It was one of those things that I could do, so I did, but shouldn't have done it. They are pretty surgical and scary. If you want them, leave me your email and I will send them to you.
My first blog post that has been removed by the editor, me.
Sorry.

Now i didn't think that the pictures were over the top-maybe we could have had warning that they were coming..
I don't see the problem. We want to be as informed as possible. I was cheered up by looking at the longer, straighter section. So I guess it's different strokes for different folks. I say keep it coming. If I learn too much about that sweetheart little girl, I'll let you know.
Oh, Gramma found the pictures "very interesting."
Next case!
See ya tomorrow.
You are cracking me up! Given the fact that a huge percentage of your friends and family have a scientific background, the graphs and pictures provide nothing but comfort - as they are something we can totally relate to and interpret. Baby cooing is a good sign? Sounds reasonable. Graph showing a temporal decline in her bilirubin? Definitely a good sign! Get us a few more points on that line and we can run all kinds of fancy statistics!
Hi Gib, thanks for all the information on Ellies condition you provide on the your blog. Seeing the photographs gives an idea of what she has been going through and how serious her surgery was. Now we all finally know what a dilated small intestine looks like!
Ellie sure is one beautiful little girl.
